💼 About This Role

You'll deliver medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) in a fully remote outpatient setting. You'll independently initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment within a structured, team-supported care model. This is a 100% remote, full-time W2 position with a Fortune-recognized digital clinic.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) in a remote setting.
• Initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment independently.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and peer recovery professionals.
• Empower patients through nonjudgmental, harm-reduction-focused care.

📋 Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in one of the listed states.
• At least 1 year of independent outpatient experience prescribing buprenorphine, including initiating care.
• Residency in one of: AK, AZ, CO, FL, ID, IL, KS, MA, MD, MN, NC, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, VA, WA, WY.
• For FL, IL, MA, MN, VA: licensure to practice independently without physician supervision.

• Experience in addiction medicine or harm reduction settings.
• PMHNP certification (eligible for 2% pay differential).
• CARN-AP certification (eligible for 1% pay differential).
