You'll join EquipmentShare as a Service Writer at our Catlett, VA facility, managing rentals and customer service. You'll schedule rentals, write damage work orders, and build relationships with contractors. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Write customer damage work orders and order parts
• Assist service manager with damage and internal work orders
• Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through rental process
• Expand customer base by building contractor relationships

📋 Requirements

• 3-4 years of sales experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced growing company
