  • Handle policy updates, endorsements, and cancellations across carrier systems
  • Manage inbound and outbound customer communications via phone and email
  • Coordinate with lenders and partners to fulfill policy requirements
  • Resolve escalated customer concerns with empathy and problem-solving

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty insurance license
  • 1+ year in a brokerage or insurance agency call center environment
  • Experience with carrier systems like EZLynx, G-Suite, Slack, and Zoom
  • Strong communication skills for de-escalation and customer support
