- Handle policy updates, endorsements, and cancellations across carrier systems
- Manage inbound and outbound customer communications via phone and email
- Coordinate with lenders and partners to fulfill policy requirements
- Resolve escalated customer concerns with empathy and problem-solving
๐ Requirements
- Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty insurance license
- 1+ year in a brokerage or insurance agency call center environment
- Experience with carrier systems like EZLynx, G-Suite, Slack, and Zoom
- Strong communication skills for de-escalation and customer support
