💼 About This Role

You'll lead general supervision of laboratory personnel and daily operations in a high-complexity CLIA lab, supporting our Northstar Oncology product. You'll ensure regulatory compliance, quality, and operational excellence across end-to-end cancer blood sample processing. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-growing molecular diagnostics company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise day-to-day lab operations and personnel during assigned shifts
• Perform and oversee high-complexity molecular oncology assays
• Ensure CLIA, CAP, and regulatory compliance across testing phases
• Train, onboard, and assess competency of laboratory staff

📋 Requirements

• Active California CLS license (or CGMBS/generalist) for high-complexity testing
• Bachelor's degree in chemical, biological, or clinical laboratory science
• Minimum 4 years of clinical lab experience including molecular testing
• Hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques (DNA extraction, PCR, automated liquid handlers)
