You'll drive revenue growth by building strategic partnerships with 3PL and fulfillment partners for an AI-native commerce platform. You'll execute joint go-to-market strategies and co-sell with partners to accelerate pipeline. This role offers the chance to shape the partnerships function in a high-growth startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive partner-sourced revenue through joint GTM initiatives with 3PL partners.
• Manage a portfolio of logistics partners to meet booking targets.
• Enable internal sales teams on partner value and product roadmap.
• Conduct regular business reviews and advocate for partners internally.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in B2B SaaS partnerships.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience with 3PL, shipping, or logistics fields.
• Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM.
