You'll manage all aspects of data center operations, ensuring 100% uptime for AI and HPC workloads. You'll lead a team of engineers and technicians to achieve total availability and drive operational excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage complete physical asset of critical and noncritical data center infrastructure.
• Build and lead a staff of engineers, technicians, and assistant managers.
• Manage power and cooling capacity and monitor environmental conditions.
• Resolve electrical, mechanical, and fire protection system issues.
• Manage customer relationships as single point-of-contact for facility issues.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience in mission-critical environments.
• 3+ years direct management of shift-based employees.
• Valid driver's license.
