You'll partner cross-functionally across Risk and Risk-adjacent teams to lead ambiguous, high-priority problem spaces that change the trajectory of Risk Operations. You'll also design and launch programs that drive step-change improvements in operational processes and business outcomes. • 5+ years in risk program management or related fields
• Ability to analyze data and think from first principles
• Program management skills with end-to-end execution experience
• Ability to turn ambiguous inputs into solid action plans
