As a Senior Clinical Quality Specialist at InterSystems, you will work within a cross-functional agile team to enhance the quality, safety, and usability of healthcare products like TrakCare. You will design and automate testing scenarios, collaborate with developers and product specialists, and help improve patient outcomes through innovative technology.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in clinical informatics related field
• Tertiary education in healthcare (nursing, pharmacy, respiratory therapy) or IT
• Strong computer skills; scripting or test automation experience preferred
• Application testing expertise, especially in healthcare
• Experience working with interdisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Contribute as subject matter expert on cross-functional agile team building healthcare software
• Design detailed testing scenarios for application functionality and performance
• Record test scenarios into automated regression scripts
• Coordinate execution and review of automated test libraries
• Investigate and document functional, usability, and performance issues
