You will provide qualified telephone consultation for customers seeking mortgage financing, structure sales conversations, and guide clients from initial contact to closing with a partner bank. You will work closely with bank partners to ensure efficient processing of financing requests.

Requirements

• Required expertise as a mortgage loan broker according to §34i GewO (e.g., completed training as bank/real estate clerk or IHK exam)
• Several years of professional experience in mortgage financing advisory
• Strong advisory and communication skills over the phone
• Passion for real estate and finance topics
• Native-level German

Responsibilities

• Qualified telephone consultation for customers who submitted mortgage inquiries (warm leads)
• Conduct structured sales conversations: needs analysis, presentation of financing models, objection handling
• Accompany customers from initial contact to closing with a partner bank
• Ensure consistent high-quality advisory service
• Collaborate with bank partners for efficient processing of financing requests
