Description
In this role, you will provide Tier II support for end-user devices and enterprise applications across global offices, ensuring a seamless and secure computing experience. You'll collaborate with regional IT teams, administer key platforms like Microsoft 365 and ServiceNow, and contribute to automation and documentation efforts.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of desktop administration or endpoint support in a mid-to-large enterprise
- Experience with Hybrid AD / Azure AD (Entra ID) and Microsoft 365
- Hands-on with Intune and/or JAMF for endpoint management
- Strong troubleshooting and collaboration skills
- Experience supporting multi-site or international environments
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier II support for end-user devices, OS, and enterprise applications globally
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, identity, and provisioning issues
- Administer Microsoft 365, Egnyte, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, and Atlassian
- Support desktop provisioning and onboarding for global offices
- Maintain asset records and contribute to documentation
