You'll provide financial leadership for manufacturing operations at a Series C space startup building the highest-power satellites. Your work will directly enable data-driven decision-making and cost efficiency across production.
π― What You'll Do
- Partner with operations to analyze cost performance and efficiency
- Own product costing including bills of material and variance analysis
- Manage manufacturing overhead pools and allocation bases
- Lead manufacturing budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans
π Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of GAAP accounting rules
