You'll provide financial leadership for manufacturing operations at a Series C space startup building the highest-power satellites. Your work will directly enable data-driven decision-making and cost efficiency across production.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with operations to analyze cost performance and efficiency
• Own product costing including bills of material and variance analysis
• Manage manufacturing overhead pools and allocation bases
• Lead manufacturing budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
• 7+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of GAAP accounting rules
