Description

You will own and optimize OfferUp's programmatic advertising revenue by managing key partnerships, monitoring performance, and identifying growth opportunities. You'll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance, Product, and Legal to develop and grow revenue partnerships across SSPs, DSPs, and header-bidding platforms for both app and web properties.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years in Programmatic Advertising (Ad Operations, Revenue/Yield Management at publisher, SSP, or DSP)
• Expertise in setting up and optimizing sell-side programmatic channels and ad server management
• Hands-on knowledge of ad technologies and troubleshooting integrations
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data-driven insights

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day partnerships with SSPs, DSPs, and ad tech platforms
• Optimize programmatic integrations including SDK and header-bidding channels to maximize revenue and eCPM
• Perform yield analysis and contribute to revenue strategy
• Debug display and video ad delivery issues related to bid responses and creative rendering
• Monitor ad quality and enforce quality standards
