💼 About This Role

You'll ensure maximum fleet uptime through strategic inventory management and repair operations, acting as the bridge between hardware reliability and field execution. You'll manage end-to-end lifecycle of Aurora hardware, from forecasting spare parts to optimizing reverse logistics.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute demand forecasts for spare parts.
• Support design of service network for optimal stocking locations.
• Manage flow of core returns through repair/refurbishment cycle.
• Build and maintain dashboards tracking KPIs like Part Availability Rate.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies within ERP/MRP systems.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years in supply chain with focus on service parts or reverse logistics.
• ERP/MRP experience (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) managing serialized inventory.
• Advanced Excel, Mode, or Power BI skills for large dataset analysis.

• Experience in Automotive, Aerospace, or Robotics industries.
• Proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and SQL.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.
