• Manage and optimize Brivity CRM for operational activities
• Oversee buyer and seller transactions from contact to closing
• Prepare pre-listing materials and obtain signatures
• Coordinate with title, mortgage, and appraisal processes

• Associate or Bachelor's degree
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Google Suite
• Ability to manage competing demands and diverse workload
• Work independently during client's business hours (Pacific, Central, Eastern, Mountain)
