Description

You will support the design engineering community to produce higher reliability EEE components and systems, evaluating quality and reliability for commercial electronics from various manufacturers. You'll interface with design, manufacturing, supply chain, and production teams to resolve component issues and drive corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 5+ years in semiconductor, package, or PCBA reliability
• 5+ years using reliability modeling methods and statistical techniques
• Experience with accelerated testing methods and physics of failure
• Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance for the Hardware and EEE Parts Reliability group
• Drive Avionics EEE piece part reliability issues and risk towards closure
• Use reliability physics of failure models and statistics to assess risks and develop accelerated tests
• Lead reliability test planning, methodology, and execution
• Build reliability prediction models and finite element models for mission life conditions
