Requirements
- Minimum 5 years IT experience with Linux, cloud, storage, or networking
- Excellent presentation skills for complex software
- Experience building and improving internal processes
- Team player capable of interacting with all departments
- Knowledge of agile methodologies
Responsibilities
- Onboard new customers and introduce them to products and support processes
- Elaborate and coordinate complex projects with developers and decision makers
- Manage a portfolio of customers and identify growth opportunities or renewal risks
- Serve as customer advocate and influence product roadmaps
- Support customers through reactive ticket requests
