Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years IT experience with Linux, cloud, storage, or networking
  • Excellent presentation skills for complex software
  • Experience building and improving internal processes
  • Team player capable of interacting with all departments
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new customers and introduce them to products and support processes
  • Elaborate and coordinate complex projects with developers and decision makers
  • Manage a portfolio of customers and identify growth opportunities or renewal risks
  • Serve as customer advocate and influence product roadmaps
  • Support customers through reactive ticket requests
