• Design and implement scalable lead acquisition ideas
• Reach out to top creative professionals and present Reedsy
• Optimize supply-demand balance using data and KPIs
• Build customer funnels via emails and in-app messages

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience scaling acquisition for a startup
• AB testing and conversion optimization experience
• Ability to analyze performance data with Google Analytics, Sheets, or Data Studio
• Experience running webinars and online events
