🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and develop the team of Alloy engineers
• Support the Alloy team's collaboration with OpenTelemetry community
• Collaborate with go-to-market for customer success
• Work with product and engineering leadership on product integration

📋 Requirements

• Domain knowledge in observability and OpenTelemetry
• Experience managing autonomous engineering teams
• Comfortable with remote collaboration across time zones
• Solid understanding of distributed systems principles
