Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to South Carolina state bar in good standing
• 2-7 years experience in family law litigation
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in family law cases (divorce, child custody, spousal support, property division)
• Draft legal documents (pleadings, motions, agreements)
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on family law
• Attend court hearings and trials, present cases
• Provide legal advice and support to clients
