💼 About This Role

You'll lead the expansion of our Life Science business by managing territories, identifying leads, creating proposals, and delivering presentations. You'll build client relationships in the Biotech and Pharma industries to generate job requisitions for SOW and FSP projects. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely and drive growth for a professional services company focused on clinical data analytics.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish new client relationships to generate job requisitions
• Build connections via networking, cold/warm calls, and follow-ups
• Meet or exceed Gross Profit and Start goals
• Assist internal recruiting team in evaluating job requirements

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with outsourcing or project-based assignments
• 4+ years initiating and maintaining client relationships and negotiating contracts
• Experience creating staffing and hiring plans for Clinical, Biotech, or Pharma
• Knowledge of GMP and GCP
