💼 About This Role

You'll lead day-to-day IT support and systems administration for a mission-driven, hyper-growth SaaS company. You'll own onboarding/offboarding, manage core SaaS tools, and drive process improvements to scale the internal environment. This role combines hands-on technical support with automation and compliance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes
• Provide technical support via phone, email, Slack, or remote desktop
• Act as escalation point for complex support issues
• Administer core SaaS platforms (Okta, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack)

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years in IT Operations or similar role
• Deep technical knowledge of macOS
• Hands-on experience with IAM and SSO/SAML solutions (Okta, Ping)
• Experience with MDM platforms (JAMF, Kandji, or Fleet)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Jira Service Management (JSM)
• Solid networking fundamentals (DNS, firewalls, RFCs)
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
