Description

You will own and scale the GTM operating system for a universal banking assistant built on BankGPT. This senior individual contributor role spans Sales, CS, and Partner Ops, bringing discipline, metrics, and automation to revenue execution.

Requirements

• Senior RevOps / GTM Operations leader experience
• Strong operator who can think strategically and execute tactically
• Ability to operate independently and flex across Sales, CS, and Partner Ops
• Experience with modern tooling, automation, and data rigor
• Proven ability to professionalize and scale GTM operations

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce setup, hygiene, and reporting as the system of record
• Drive forecasting rigor with weekly forecast process and leading indicators
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards for pipeline, conversion, cycle time, and forecast accuracy
• Define and run CS/AM operating cadence, metrics, and renewal/expansion workflows
• Create partner pipeline tracking and reporting as rigorous as direct sales pipeline
