You'll lead communications for 1Password's AI and developer initiatives, shaping how the company is perceived in identity security for a world with human, agent, and machine identities. Your work will directly impact developer awareness, AI thought leadership, and ecosystem partnerships. This remote role offers the chance to build a program from the ground up during a pivotal shift in security.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and scale AI and developer communications programs.
• Drive developer awareness through media, content, and speaking.
• Activate ecosystem and technology partnership communications.
• Support executive and technical spokesperson preparation.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in communications, PR, or marketing, ideally in B2B tech.
• Experience communicating with developers, DevSecOps, and technical audiences.
• Proven ability to build and execute strategic communications programs.
• Strong track record of media relations and storytelling with tech press.
