You'll lead the design and execution of the end-to-end customer journey for a fast-growing SaaS platform. You'll drive transformational change across sales, partner, professional services, and customer success operations while partnering with senior leadership. This role offers a chance to shape GTM strategy at a company trusted by millions.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Design and refine end-to-end customer journey processes and playbooks
- Lead managers and ICs across Sales, Partner, PS, and CS Ops teams
- Oversee sales planning, territory design, quota setting, and capacity modeling
- Build and scale operational infrastructure for the partner ecosystem
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, or related field
- 3+ years of experience leading teams
- Experience managing managers and multi-tiered teams
- Deep fluency in B2B SaaS GTM model including pipeline and renewal forecasting
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in a PLG or hybrid GTM environment
- Prior experience supporting a partner or channel ecosystem at scale
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, Clari, or Gong
