You'll lead the design and execution of the end-to-end customer journey for a fast-growing SaaS platform. You'll drive transformational change across sales, partner, professional services, and customer success operations while partnering with senior leadership. ๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Design and refine end-to-end customer journey processes and playbooks
  • Lead managers and ICs across Sales, Partner, PS, and CS Ops teams
  • Oversee sales planning, territory design, quota setting, and capacity modeling
  • Build and scale operational infrastructure for the partner ecosystem

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 10+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams
  • Experience managing managers and multi-tiered teams
  • Deep fluency in B2B SaaS GTM model including pipeline and renewal forecasting

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in a PLG or hybrid GTM environment
  • Prior experience supporting a partner or channel ecosystem at scale
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, Clari, or Gong
