You will lead the development of large-scale distributed systems for Coupang's Rocket Growth Engineering team, building the next-generation fulfillment platform that enables sellers to offer a wide selection of items at competitive prices. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive architectural roadmaps, and mentor junior engineers, all while ensuring high performance and availability.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in large distributed systems and algorithms
• 8+ years professional coding in Java, Scala, Kotlin, C++, or C#
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in agile environment and meet tight deadlines
