Requirements

• 1-2 years customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail and communication
• Ability to handle conflict positively
• Accurate data entry skills
• Valid driver's license; 18 years or older

Responsibilities

• Secure gates and buildings; patrol premises
• Verify authorized individuals enter property
• Check gate passes and inspect departing vehicles
• Greet customers, provide directions, resolve complaints
• Input vehicle information via handheld device
