You will oversee quality assurance tasks, ensure SQF and HACCP compliance, train employees on safety procedures, and support production by verifying line setups. Collaborate with departments to solve issues and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED and minimum 6 months related experience
  • Must work full schedule (Wednesday to Saturday 7pm-5:30am)
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions)
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Sheets)
  • Must speak proficient English

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and perform quality assurance tasks including HACCP documentation, GMP reporting, and food safety communication
  • Train new employees on safety, GMP, SQF, and PPE policies
  • Coach employees to follow company policies and procedures
  • Support production by verifying line setups and preparing for next shift
  • Maintain work area cleanliness and report food safety issues
