💼 About This Role

You'll drive pipeline generation for Compass's Strategic Growth Team, educating agents on contributing to growth. You'll partner with agents to identify prospective agents for Strategic Growth Managers, ultimately working toward becoming an SGM yourself. This fully on-site role offers a clear path into closing sales through formal training programs.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound outreach
  • Cold-call, text, email agents to articulate value proposition
  • Document activities in CRM and manage data
  • Collaborate with Strategic Growth Managers on prospecting strategies

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of relevant experience (SDR, Customer Success, Direct Sales, Account Management)
  • Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills
  • Ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously
