Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience in customer-facing environment; key customer management a plus
  • Excellent command of English
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Passion for online gaming industry

Responsibilities

  • Manage portfolio of high-net-worth customers to foster loyalty and retention
  • Monitor individual customer performance and ensure timely provision of rewards
  • Deliver top-tier customer service as primary point of contact
  • Proactively target customers at strategic lifecycle points to drive growth
  • Plan and host local and global Key Account events
