Description

You will lead the Server Acquisition team, overseeing contractor sourcing, vetting, onboarding, and activation. You'll drive supply-side growth, manage performance, optimize funnels, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure marketplace reliability.

Requirements

• 4+ years in contractor acquisition, marketplace supply, or field operations
• Demonstrated experience managing an acquisition or growth funnel
• 2+ years directly managing a small team
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM
• Strong analytical skills with activation and retention data

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of four Server Acquisition Specialists
• Own performance management, coaching, and accountability
• Own end-to-end acquisition funnel in HubSpot from lead to activation
• Monitor and optimize activation rates and pricing performance
• Partner cross-functionally with Dispatch, Server Experience, and Compliance
