You'll lead commercial contracting for a fast-moving tech company, owning negotiations of MSAs, SOWs, and SaaS agreements. Your work will directly enable revenue generation while balancing legal risk with business speed. You'll mentor the legal team and shape scalable operations.

  • Lead negotiation of commercial agreements
  • Improve contracts playbook and processes
  • Partner with Sales, Security, and Finance
  • Mentor legal team members

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years of commercial contracting experience
  • B2B SaaS environment experience preferred
  • Active U.S. bar membership and Juris Doctor (JD)
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills
