Your core impact will be scaling a 24/7 distributed support organization across offices and remote teams. - Lead and develop a team of Support Managers overseeing Advocate teams
- Drive performance across a 24/7 support organization ensuring coverage and quality
- Scale team structures and staffing models to support business growth
- Leverage AI, automation, and tooling to solve operational gaps
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years leading a support team in a fast-paced SaaS environment
- Experience managing distributed, multi-shift, and/or 24/7 teams
- Experience managing managers in customer support
- Strong operational and analytical skills with metrics-driven improvement

- Comfort building with AI, automation, or workflow tooling
- Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud
