🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement 'Return-to-Ready' workflows and depot SOPs.
• Oversee daily workflow of Sustaining Technicians and set repair priorities.
• Manage end-to-end spare parts procurement, stocking, and distribution.
• Synthesize closed-loop data into reliability reports and heat maps.

📋 Requirements

• 5-10 years managing technical teams or hardware logistics.
• Experience developing operational frameworks in a fast-growing hardware/robotics environment.
• Professional experience with closed-loop systems or complex ticketing ecosystems.
• Experience in parts forecasting, procurement, and inventory control.

✨ Nice to Have

• HaaS experience managing a deployed fleet of vehicles.
• Experience transitioning teams from spreadsheet-based tracking to ERP/CMMS.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI platforms.
