You'll drive business development for Ajax Systems' security solutions in Central Italy (Lazio and Abruzzo). You'll identify and onboard new distributors while forging key client relationships. This role offers autonomy to shape strategies and a zero bullshit culture in a globally recognized tech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement a strategic business development plan for Italy.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new distributors and partners.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in electronic security or similar industry.
• Proven sales experience in Central Italy (Lazio and Abruzzo).
• Strong technical knowledge of security systems (access control, video surveillance, etc.).

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of cloud-based solutions, IoT, and AI-based analytics.
• Experience with entire sales process from prospecting to close.
