Description

You will act as the primary executive interface for telecom clients, owning end-to-end delivery of BSS programs and building long-term strategic partnerships with C-level stakeholders. Your mission is to drive account growth, manage P&L, and ensure high client satisfaction across complex transformation programs.

Requirements

  • 12–18+ years of experience in telecom IT with strong BSS exposure
  • Proven experience managing large telecom accounts and delivery portfolios
  • Deep expertise in BSS domain
  • Experience working with Tier 1/Tier 2 telecom operators
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary executive interface for telecom clients on BSS programs
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-level stakeholders (CIO, CTO)
  • Lead governance forums, steering committees, and executive reviews
  • Own end-to-end delivery of BSS programs (CRM, Billing, Charging, Order Management, Revenue Management)
  • Manage account P&L including revenue forecasting, margin management, and cost optimization
