💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and help achieve sales targets. This role offers the opportunity to open and close the store and lead the sales floor.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customers to return.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate store, merchandise product, and lift up to 50 pounds.
