💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a strategic partner to Oscar Health's Procurement team, negotiating vendor contracts including complex healthcare agreements. You'll report to the Associate General Counsel and drive improvements to contract management workflows with AI tools. This fully remote role offers a chance to impact a leading health insurance company's operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Negotiate complex health insurance agreements (PBM, utilization management)
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements (software licenses, MSAs, NDAs, BAAs)
• Provide strategic counsel to Procurement and business partners
• Improve vendor contracting processes including templates and contract management workflows
• Assess and implement AI tools in contract management workflows

📋 Requirements

• J.D. from ABA accredited law school and 10+ years relevant experience
• Experience contracting in the healthcare industry
• Experience with complex health industry contracts
• Experience with contract management systems
