Description

You will deliver high-quality, tailored coaching to clients on behalf of Lenus coaches, acting as an extension of their brand. You'll manage client interactions, ensure seamless integration with coach workflows, and handle commercial tasks like renewals and upsells, all while maintaining a branded coaching experience.

Requirements

• Must be available to work weekends, nights, and holidays
• Must reside in Florida, Georgia, Indiana, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Utah
• Deep passion for health and fitness with ability to translate complex goals into actionable steps
• High emotional intelligence (EQ) and empathetic communication skills
• Proactive problem-solving and meticulous organizational habits

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, tailored coaching to clients on behalf of coaches
• Execute end-to-end coaching tasks including template deployment and protocol application
• Manage client inboxes daily for motivation and question answering within SLAs
• Handle commercial lifecycle: renewals, cancellations, upsells
• Support clients with app navigation and digital onboarding
