💼 About This Role

You'll ensure new server, storage, and network infrastructure is properly racked, cabled, and configured in our Kansas City data center. You'll troubleshoot hardware and software issues in advanced GPU and networking systems while managing parts depot inventory and driving deployment consistency. This role requires 5 days per week onsite with 7/24 shift coverage.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Rack, label, cable, and configure new server, storage, and network infrastructure
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in GPU and networking systems
• Manage parts depot inventory and track equipment lifecycle
• Document data center layout and network topology in DCIM software

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience with data center critical infrastructure systems
• Solid understanding of single and three phase power theories and PDU balancing
• Familiarity with cable media types and structured cabling standards
• Experience with Linux administration and server hardware boot process

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of 400gb Infiniband architectures
• Experience with DDP or SCM cluster storage systems
• Advanced experience with Nvidia GPU systems like NVL72
