Description

As a Maintenance Technician at Bozzuto, you'll handle service tickets, preventative maintenance, and apartment turnovers while providing excellent customer service. You'll work in a supportive, inclusive environment with growth opportunities, including EPA 608 certification.

Requirements

• Experience in building maintenance or trade education
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Availability for on-call emergencies including weekends/evenings
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs frequently
• Personal reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Resolve maintenance issues (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair)
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in through repairs and improvements
• Preserve building beauty and community safety through upkeep and grounds maintenance
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergencies
