• Identify and recruit grassroots leaders in local communities.
• Equip leaders with training and resources to advocate for change.
• Organize events including phone calls, social media, and door-to-door canvassing.
• Manage part-time canvassing contractors and ensure compliance.

📋 Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Passion for building relationships and inspiring people.
• Knowledge of state and federal public policy landscapes.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
