Description

You will plan, resource, and execute world-class technical training instruction on Anduril's defense technology products, primarily for military and government customers. You'll lead onsite training, create curriculum, and act as a bridge between users and internal teams to drive product adoption and provide feedback for development.

Requirements

• Ownership mentality with strong initiative and bias to assume responsibility
• Independent collaborator comfortable representing Anduril at remote customer sites
• Training background with expertise in planning, developing, and delivering training
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Ability to work in cross-functional environments without hierarchical authority

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate expeditionary delivery of training on Anduril products
• Lead classroom presentations and hands-on instruction at customer locations
• Create and manage training collateral for hardware and software offerings
• Design training curriculums across presentations, practicals, CBT, and simulations
• Serve as voice of customers, capturing feedback and identifying pain points
