🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of VIP clients including HNWIs and institutional traders.
• Lead onboarding, retention, and relationship development activities.
• Drive revenue growth through increased trading volume and cross-selling.
• Coordinate with product, compliance, and operations teams to resolve client issues.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in relationship management or private banking.
• Strong track record managing high-value client portfolios.
• Solid understanding of crypto trading products including spot, derivatives, and staking.
• Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.

• Prior exposure to African, Swiss, or Pakistani fintech/crypto ecosystems.
