You'll serve as a Strategic Advisor and Category Architect, bridging internal business units with the global supplier ecosystem. You'll develop multi-year category strategies and lead complex sourcing initiatives to drive operational resilience. This high-visibility role offers the chance to build a strategic sourcing organization from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement multi-year category strategies and sourcing programs.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing lifecycle including complex RFx processes and QBRs.
• Direct negotiation and execution of supplier contracts with favorable terms.
• Manage preferred supplier relationships and monitor SLA performance.

📋 Requirements

• 7–10+ years of professional experience in Indirect Strategic Sourcing or Category Management.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and partner with senior management.
• 6+ years experience managing Professional Services and Technology categories (SaaS, Managed Services, Consulting).
• Mastery to independently draft, redline, and negotiate complex Professional Services and Technology agreements (MSAs, SOWs).
