Description

You will lead policy enforcement, moderation operations, and incident response for Niantic/Scopely's player experience, collaborating with global teams to improve safety processes and leverage AI tools for efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years experience in Trust and Safety with content moderation and incident response
• Child safety expertise and understanding of regulations
• Bilingual in Japanese and English (Business Level)
• Experience with AI tools like enterprise LLMs and automation

Responsibilities

• Assist in moderation operations and ensure smooth daily processes
• Address blocking issues and provide incident response support
• Support vendor operations through mentorship and quality checks
• Collaborate with globally dispersed teams on projects and incident management
