  • Lead commercial programmes end-to-end from opportunity identification to impact
  • Own member engagement and growth strategy with cross-functional execution
  • Analyse subscription lifecycle and drive churn reduction and efficiency improvements
  • Shape pricing strategy through tracking, benchmarking, and alerting systems

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Autonomous problem-solving skills in ambiguous environments
  • Commercial and marketplace instinct for pricing and retention dynamics
  • SQL and advanced spreadsheet proficiency for data-driven recommendations
  • Experience in strategy, operations, or growth roles in consulting or digital platforms
