Description

You will partner with Director and VP-level leadership to analyze performance and inform decisions on resourcing, compensation, and organizational strategy. You'll lead components of annual planning, own forecasting, and deliver monthly reporting with actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field
• 3-5 years experience in FP&A supporting functional leaders
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, Salesforce, NetSuite, Zuora, Google Suite preferred
• Experience in technology/SaaS and subscription revenue analysis preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with Director/VP leadership to analyze performance and inform decisions
• Lead annual planning and own short/long-term forecasting
• Deliver monthly/quarterly reporting with variance insights and executive commentary
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting and Business Analytics for month-end close
• Partner with Commissions team to manage accruals and forecasted payouts
