You'll facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and remove impediments for high-performing agile teams in a dynamic, delivery-oriented environment. You'll coach teams on agile principles and promote continuous improvement to ensure predictable delivery of value. This role offers an opportunity to directly influence team performance and agile maturity across the organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Identify, track, and remove impediments blocking team progress.
• Coach teams on agile principles and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to align priorities and delivery goals.

📋 Requirements

• Agile frameworks experience, especially Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience with agile tools such as Jira and Trello.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps boards, repos, and pipelines.
• Proven ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies effectively.

• Agile certifications (PSM, Scrum Alliance, PMI-ACP, or equivalent).
• Experience in financial services or leadership roles.
