You'll take ownership of full-cycle recruitment for GTM teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Implementation. You'll manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, building pipelines and closing strong talent to support a key growth period. • Own full-cycle recruitment for GTM functions
• Build candidate pipelines through sourcing and outreach

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of recruiting experience in tech environments
• Proven track record hiring GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, CS, Implementation)
• Hands-on sourcing capability with passive candidate outreach
• Strong process management skills for multiple roles
