Description

You will support the Talent Acquisition team in recruiting for full-time and placement positions, acting as a brand ambassador, managing campus recruitment logistics, reviewing resumes, conducting screening calls, and coordinating interview schedules. This role is pivotal to our firm's growth and offers a path to becoming a Talent Acquisition Associate.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials and extracurricular leadership
• 0-1 years work experience, ideally in recruitment or human capital
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English; native-level proficiency in Italian, German, Dutch, Swedish, or any Nordic language preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Dependability and interest in team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador and first point of contact for candidates
• Manage candidate communications and guide them through the interview process
• Support campus recruitment initiatives including application management, travel booking, and event logistics
• Review resumes, assess applications, and conduct first screening calls
• Coordinate interview scheduling, job postings, reimbursements, and offer letters
• Develop and execute talent attraction and employer branding activities
